Juniper Swim and Fitness Center (JSFC) is a public facility in Bend located at 800 NE 6th Street in Bend. The facility includes several pools, with swim practices occuring in the 50 meter outdoor pool. It features a bulkhead providing 2 separate 8 lane X 25 meter courses most of the time. The 50 meter pool is covered between Mid October to Mid May, making this a year-round 50 meter pool! JSFC website for directions and further information.

For the summer - the pool will be set to 50 meter long course on most weekends and on Monday and Wednesday evenings. All other practices will be at 25 meter short course. "Summer season" is governed by the Bend LaPine School District calendar. On most spring weekends, the pool will also be set to the 50 meter course.

Early Mornings (all year round):
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 5:35 am-6:50 am

Noontime (now year-round):
Monday through Friday: 11:45 am - 1:00 pm

Mid-Mornings (Fall thru Spring only, not summer):
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:15 am - 10:30 am 

Evenings:
None at this time.

Weekends: 
Sat: 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Sun: 9:00 am - 10:30 am

The Athletic Club of Bend

The Athletic Club of Bend is a private membership facility with 2 lap pools: a 25 yard, 4 lane indoor pool and a 25 yard, 6 lane outdoor pool (seasonal, usually mid April to Mid October). The indoor pool is currently under extended maintenance and is expected to re-open at the end of 2024.

Coached Practice Times
Monday: 7:30 am - 8:45 am (Freestyle only/Tri Group/Learn to Swim)
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 am - 7:00 am (all strokes)
Thursday: 11:30 am - 12:45 pm (Freestyle only/Tri Group/Learn to Swim)

The coaching staff is headed by Aquatics Director, Rob Higley.
